MEET ANGEL!

This sweet, 8 year old girl came to Doberman Underground when her owner developed dementia and the family could not care for Angel.  

Despite missing her owner, Angel has settled in very nicely in her foster home.  She came to us slightly overweight with some thinning fur in spots, the result of an undiagnosed thyroid issue and poor quality food.  She is now on inexpensive thyroid medication and good quality food, which will help her lose weight and grow a healthier coat.  

Your lap makes the perfect resting place for Angel.  She can be demanding when it comes to making sure you give her enough love and attending, and she will cuddle with you like it's her job!  She loves nothing more than to snuggle in bed with you if you let her.  You know she's sleeping soundly when she starts to snore, but that will probably subside once she loses some weight.    

Angel loves to play with other dogs, big and small, and she'll do well with older kids.  She has not been tested with very young children or cats.  She is very friendly and outgoing!   She loves to play outside, and doesn't jump so a short fence would be fine.

Doberman Underground is a Volunteer based rescue. We do not have a facility, our dogs are fostered in loving homes in Ohio and surrounding states. Fostering allows us to better know the dog and match them to the perfect family.
