Zippy is an adorable, 11 month old Doberman mix that is a total love bug!  Zippy was part of the litter of puppies we had this past summer.  His adopters chose a very harsh form of correction for this little guy to keep from chasing their cats.  As a result, Zippy found himself removed from a bad situation and back safe with us. 

Zippy is everything you would want in a dog!  This sweet boy and his littermates have a very strong Doberman side...intelligent, playful and velcro, with a calmer nature and smaller, 50 pound body.    His sweet temperament shines though and he is a just a boy who wants to make his humans happy.  

Zippy is great with kids of all ages and with other dogs, but he's too interested in cats so he's better off in a home without felines.  Zippy has blossomed in his foster home.  He is shy and will cower if yelled at.  He needs a family to love him and teach him with positive reinforcement of good behaviors.  We also feel that Zippy needs another dog with him to continue building up the confidence he is gaining.  He loves to ride in the car and does not require a physical fence for his yard.  He'll make a wonderful companion for his forever family.  Is it yours?  Apply today at www.DUdobes.org
