Nick found himself in rescue when his owners entered hospice and were no longer able to care for him.  They made sure he would have the best chance of finding a wonderful home.

Nick is a a 2 year old boy that is super smart and willing to please!  He sits well and will quickly pick up on more obedience commands.  He loves to run and play.  He loves his freedom so he'll need a physical fence to keep him safe.  Nick is very affectionate and loves his people.  He wants nothing more than to please you and give you kisses.  He is good with other dogs, but has not been cat tested.  No children.  

Nick needs a family that will provide the structure and leadership that will help him gain confidence and reach his full potential.  He's house trained but without a routine he may have an accident.  He is starting to learn that car rides are nothing to be afraid of., but does panic when he has to get in the car  He's fearful of men when first meeting them, but warms up once he becomes settled in the home.  Nick is protective of food and toys, but he is young and will overcome these behaviors with training and patience.  He's just a great dog!
