It began with an urgent message about a sweet mix girl in desperate need of help. Winnie was found as a stray in North Carolina. Pregnant and heartworm positive, she was scheduled to be euthanized. Our wonderful transport warriors brought her to Doberman Underground and commuted her death sentence. Fortunately, Winnie was stage 1 HW positive, so she would not be in any danger carrying her puppies before starting treatment. One June 11th 8 beautiful, healthy puppies were born. There are 3 girls and 5 boys. They are oh so soft and fluffy, just like their momma. Ready for adoption August 8th.
