JD is a two year old red boy that is loving life right now.  JD was living at a home where he was tied up outside in a muddy yard with a heavy, logging chain attached to his tight collar.  He was removed from the home and tested heartworm positive.  When the call went out for a rescue, Doberman Underground stepped right up!  That big smile you see is a sweet boy that knows he is forever free and unchained.

JD is potty trained, but must be crated when he is alone in the house or he forgets his bathroom manners.  He's good with other dogs and kids 8 & older.  He has not been cat tested.  He will need a fenced yard to keep him safe at play.  JD is not used to eating in groups and is protective of his food.  He can be timid at times and if he feels uncertain he will avoid the situation,  He is a smart boy that will do well with patience and training.
