Mindy is a 1 year old bundle of sweetness!  A Jack Russell Terrier mix, Mindy was originally adopted from a shelter,  They confined her to a crate for very long periods of time and we strongly suspect she was abused by a male in the household.  The wonderful people that removed her from that situation could not keep her, and that's when Doberman Underground came to the rescue.

Mindy is a professional cuddler and she just loves women.  She is very fearful of men and her foster mom is working hard to help her overcome that.  She will bark and growl in fear of new situations, but once she is comfortable that all stops and she curl up in your lap and shower you with kisses.  She loves to play, then lays down to chill.  She is happy to go in her crate and she finds comfort in the safe space it provides.  She comes when called and knows how to sit.

Mindy loves to ride in the car and while she doesn't love meeting new people she warms up quickly to any female.  She's okay with dogs as long as they are her size or bigger.  She's not a fan of having another dog around while she's eating or enjoying her favorite chewy bone.  However she's good with sharing "regular" toys and plays tug with her canine foster siblings.  She absolutely LOVES cats.  She's good with small children, but wary of adult-size kids.
