Heidi is a pretty, 4 year old red girl that found herself in rescue through no fault of her own.  She's still very timid meeting new people and takes a few minutes to warm up.  Once she does, you will never be without her!  She's a professional cuddler and a big love bug!  She doesn't care how big she is, she'll sit in your lap like she's tiny.  

Heidi does well on a leash and loves ready to jump in the car and go for car rides any chance she gets!  She's been going on home improvement runs with her foster mom and is really enjoying the hardware store.  She gets along with other dogs and is cat friendly.  Heidi is happy to be your constant companion,  She's house trained and a well mannered member of the household.  Heidi is very healthy, but does takes an inexpensive thyroid medicine.  

This sweet mama has had a few litters of pups, but her breeding days are officially over!  She’s really a good momma and turns out she is in her element around the children in her foster home!
