Maize-puppy
Whitney was born just before Christmas (12/23) not long after her pregnant mom was surrendered to a shelter. Her mom is a purebred Doberman and DNA testing shows her dad is a purebred Great Pyrenees. She's going to be one big girl!
What you should know before applying for Whitney:
The Doberman/Great Pyrenees mix is a loyal and fiercely protective dog. While they are protective of their family, they are rarely aggressive and would rather walk away from intimidation than fight. Both parent breeds are also confident, courageous, and almost fearless. The Great Pyrenees brings their seemingly endless patience to the mix with a protective yet calm and patient nature, especially when it comes to kids.
