Machi is a beautiful 3 year old girl that was found tied to a tree and very emaciated.  The vet believes her ears are missing from what must have been a bad infection that was not treated after being cropped.  This doesn't slow her down one bit!  She's drop dead gorgeous and she's happy to show off her beautiful tail!

This big, athletic girl will do well with any canine companion that would enjoy her rough and tumble playfulness.  Dog savvy cats are fine.  Considering her size and energy, very young kids would not be a good fit.  Any type of fencing is acceptable to keep her safe while she does her zoomies all around the yard. 

Perfectly house trained, Machi does well in her crate. She loves curling up on the couch to binge watch TV with you and "talks" to animals as they appear on screen.  She loves toys and is very playful.

True to her breed, Machi is a working dog.  She has been trained with the prison program where she was getting 8-10 hours of training every day with her handler there.  She walks well on a leash, knows all of her basic commands and also some tricks. 

Mental stimulation is every bit as important as physical exercise for her.  She needs an active family that can keep up with her.  Walks are good but she really loves hikes in the woods where she absolutely thrives on the added stimulation of new scents, noises, and fun new things to explore.  She would do great with agility, scent work, or even search and rescue training.  Experience with working breeds is a must to adopt Machi.
