Bonanza is a sweet, 3 year old boy that was pulled from a horrible puppy mill situation in Georgia.  

He's really starting to warm up in his foster home and come out of his shell.  He's playing with his foster Doberman brother and sisters and becoming more playful in the yard.  Inside the house, he wants nothing more than to be with his humans.  In typical Doberman fashion, he'll follow you anywhere and everywhere, just wanting your touch.  

Bonanza is crate trained, but he will protest a bit when first going inside before he settles in and lays down quietly.  He did well in the car during his transport and seemed to enjoy his bath when he arrived.  When on a walk it will take him a minute to get into a groove, but once he does he's good on leash.  He spent a few days with a trainer on his way to his foster home.  He is going to do great in training and is eager to please.  

Need motivation to keep your counters clean?  Bonanza will provide that as he surfs for treats and treasures.  He's not a fan of being on the furniture, probably because he never had access to a couch or bed in his past.  He does well riding in the car and would love to be at your side wherever you are going.  

Bonanza is good with larger dogs, but has not been around small dogs or cats.  He will do well with kids who are big enough not to get knocked over by his youngster energy.  He has a lot of energy and will need a fenced yard to give him a safe place to zoom around and play.
