Hi Sassy here!
I am a 1 year old Min Pin. You are probably wandering how a little gal like me ended up in a rescue for big dogs. Well I was removed from my home along with my mom, dad, and a Doberman. None of us were in great shape but my mom and dad were sick with icky things called heartworms.
They got treated but will have breathing problems the rest of their lives from the damage the worms caused. They and my Doberman brother have found their homes but I am still looking for the perfect one for me.
The gals here with the rescue have been busy trying to give me different life experiences to try to figure out what is best for me. I would prefer if my new human was female. I'm kind of afraid of men! My new home can't have any little kids. They make me very nervous and uncomfortable. Calmer kids over 12 may be ok, I just may not interact with them much though. I have a tendency to pick a favorite person and be their shadow. I will cuddle with you under a blankie all day if you let me. I tolerate others better when i am close to my favorite.
I do get along with other dogs as long as they aren't too pushy with me. Kitty cats and I don't get along so well so I would prefer not to share my person with one. Because I can be easily startled, it is best if I have a fenced yard
to keep me close to home.
I am spayed, vaccinations are up to date, microchipped and ready for my forever home to find me. Could it be with you?
