Bruno Bruno is doing well! He's settling in very nicely. He's a big lazy teddy bear who loves to sleep on the couch with his toys and play with his buddy Remi.
Bella White Our little CardiB is probably the most loved pup ever! Although she definitely prefers her dad, she will tolerate me from time to time lol. She even took care of me after my hysterectomy in January. She never left my side. J We have been doing a lot of work around the house and we fenced in the other side of our backyard so she will have more room to run with her brother and sisterâ¦.she also âtoleratesâ them lol So far she has been to the beach once and mountains twice. She is the best little traveler! We had plans to take her to VA Beach on her âGotcha Dayâ and St. Pattyâs but we had to cancel due to COVID. Iâm attaching a few pics. I may have to send a couple in a separate email. There is a close up of her and her dad. I took this from our security camera so the quality isnât the best. Itâs hard to make my husband smileâ¦.she definitely has his heart as you can tell in the picture.
Boo Sky is amazing. She's a first rate snuggler, and best friend to her human brothers and doggie sisters! She loves to go to camp, and run around in our yard. She is the best fit for our family and we love her to pieces! She is fully potty trained, and knows come, sit and shake. She is fully aware that her main job is to be cute and at that she gets an A+ every day! I said that she seemed to know she was home as soon as she arrived with us and it's been a breeze. She has made our pack complete! Thank you so much for bringing her into our lives!
Barriss Jyn is doing very well....unfortunately in early November we suddenly lost our 9 year old Doberman Jango to DCM but Jyn adjusted without any negative reaction. I was in an automobile accident while on duty which likely will force me to retire due to the injuries I sustained and have not returned to work. In my time at home I have been training Jyn just as I did Jango. She walks on the leash without issue and knows the term âhomeâ and will walk up our driveway and go to our gate. She will also do the same once we get to our driveway now without being told âhomeâ. She knows sit, lay down, come here, go outside potty, go inside, bedtime, stay, get toy, & paw as well. In addition she also knows âno biteâ when she starts to get too rough playing/âpuppy bitingâ. She knows to not go downstairs to our basement where our cat mostly stays. Jyn will sit at top of the steps and patiently wait for our cat to come to her without chasing. Once together Jyn will behave and if she starts to play and scare the cat she will stop when told to do so. She also gets along well with our 12 year old minpin. She socializes well with our neighbors and their dogs and younger children.....she does the same with strangers of both when at the pet store too. Hopefully soon I will start to work with her off the leash......Jango was able to stay in our front yard, be in the park, and on walks off the leash so I am confident Jyn has the capacity to do so too. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding but I was under the impression that classes were recommended but not mandatory and I advised I had trained Jango and would Jyn as well.
Bella White CardiB is doing great. She is actually getting ready to take her first beach trip (that we are aware of) in about 3 weeks. She will be traveling with us for our annual family vacation to Sandbridge, VA. Iâll make sure to send pictures J We are pretty excited to see how she reacts. We are only taking her and our other little dog, Mexico. Our big guy (Chance) will be staying with family. He doesnât travel long distance that well at all. We had a pool installed last month (above ground) as well as finished our fencing in the back yard. She gets to run around free with the other dogs (when we are home) and loves it. She still likes her space when it comes to other dogs but overall has adjusted really well. She still favors my husband (Tony) over anyone else in the family. He spoils her rotten! Every morning my husband will make her an egg (her coat was really really coarse and it helps with her skin). If he doesnât make her one, watch out! Hahahha Itâs the strangest thing in the world but starting at 7:00 p.m. every evening she turns into a jerk lol. Itâs her bed time and she gets angry if anyone bothers her. She will go downstairs and bury herself in the pillows on the couch. Sheâs a very strong-willed dog and even a bully some timesâ¦..we have to put her in time out from time to time. L She has definitely found her fur-ever home. We love and are enjoying having her in our little family. Thank you making that happen! Iâll send pictures in another email. Thank you!
