Ollie
Ollie

I just sent you 2 pictures of Ollie. Overall he is doing well, but we have had our challenges. Over the summer Ollie developed papillomas/dog warts on his right rear paw, causing him to limp and have discomfort. It took several trips to the vet to finally diagnose them, which was finally done per vet dermatologist Dr. Solz (possibly acquired at a doggie daycare or dog park prior to Ollie coming to us). Ollie had surgical excision of these warts several weeks ago with a good outcome, but then developed another papilloma on his right front paw which required cryosurgery just this last Thursday-appears to be healing well. So this has been quite an ordeal. We had an invisible fence installed earlier this summer, which has worked out very well. Ollie continues to be his happy, ACTIVE self, is now 73#, and his coat has filled in beautifully. I had to cancel his August obedience classes when he was diagnosed with the warts, which are contagious; plan on scheduling classes in 2 months or so as long as no additional warts occur.
