Squiggy He's settled in great. He gets along really well with the cat, is awesome in a car, and we take him over to see my mom often because she's finally out of the nursing home and he just loves her. I've attached some photos, I tried but cldnt seem to attach the videos, which shows him playing in the yard, one diving in to the yard to eat snow..lol He had a blast, he was an absolute riot, is a really goofy personality so it's fun to watch him evolve! Just want to say thanks so much again we will definitely put a review up, it was an awesome experience and we couldn't be more grateful for you guys. He's definitely a welcome addition to our family. As i sit hear and type this, i am literally hanging off the end of the couch, since he insists on laying right behind me..lol See last photo..lol
Squiggy Hi! We havent signed him up yet. We have been working on basic training w him until the quarantine is all over and I'm comfortable attending classes. I have a friend who is a former trainer, used to train police dogs, so she's been helping a bit. He has been doing pretty well though, has improved on the leash, does so well in the car and with people he doesn't know he is growing less timid and growly. He does have pika though, so we are trying to work on that. He threw up on my brand new area rug and then ate through the rug in both spots. Def something we will approach at obedience, may just be something we have to learn to deal with although I won't say I didn't shed some tears. I've never had a dog do that ð¤·ââï¸ We do intend to get him in classes though really soon to work on him further. He's such a sweetheart, and velcro for sure ð just has some minor issues to work through. He's great w my nieces and nephews, very gentle. I will update as soon as we get him signed up. Thanks, have a great day!! |
